REFUND POLICY
HIVE Copywriting

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products — The Ecom Millionaire & The $50K Copy Vault
Both guides are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase and are generally non-refundable. However, a conditional 30-day performance-based refund may be requested under the following strict conditions.
To qualify, you must demonstrate that you implemented the 2-Step System exactly as outlined in the guide, ran the Test Campaign for a minimum of 7 consecutive days without interruption, used broad targeting with no interest stacking, launched at least 10 creative variations as instructed, allowed sufficient budget for meaningful data collection, and received zero sales attributable to the campaigns during that test period.
Your refund request must include screenshots of your campaign structure, screenshots of your ad sets and creatives, evidence of spend, and proof of implementation according to the guide. Requests that do not include full documentation will not be approved.
Refunds will not be granted due to failure to implement the strategy, incomplete setup, early campaign shutdown, personal preference, changing your mind, product-market mismatch, or platform policy violations.
If all criteria are met and zero results occurred after full implementation, email hello@hivecopywriting.com within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. 1-Hour Private Consultations
All consultation sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Because time is reserved exclusively for you, refunds are not issued for missed sessions, failure to attend, late arrival, or lack of account access during the call.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, result in forfeiture of the session fee.
3. Done-For-You Ads Management
Refund terms for ongoing management services are governed by the individual signed service agreement between you and HIVE Copywriting.
4. The HIVE Community (Membership)
Membership refund and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined at the time of launch and at the point of purchase.
5. Chargebacks
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to contact HIVE Copywriting directly at hello@hivecopywriting.com to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Submitting a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in permanent removal of access to products and services.
