By purchasing any product, booking a consultation, or engaging HIVE Copywriting for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't make a purchase or engage our services.

These terms apply to all products and services offered by HIVE Copywriting, including the Ecom Millionaire — Shopify Edition (digital guide), the $50K Copy Vault (digital guide), the HIVE Community (membership, coming soon), 1-Hour Private Consultations, and Done-For-You Ads Management.

1. Use of Products and Materials

All guides, frameworks, training materials, and consulting content provided by HIVE Copywriting are for your personal business use only. They are not to be shared, resold, redistributed, or passed on to third parties.

You may not reproduce or repurpose any content from our products without express written permission. All intellectual property — including the Ecom Millionaire system, the $50K Copy Vault, ad frameworks, and consulting materials — remains the sole property of HIVE Copywriting.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing and advertising involve real risk. The results and case studies referenced in our materials are real outcomes from real clients. They are not guarantees.

Your results will depend on factors including but not limited to your product and offer quality, your pricing and margins, your ad spend and budget, your execution of the system, platform conditions and algorithm changes, and market competition. No specific revenue outcome, ROAS, or growth result is promised or guaranteed.

3. Digital Products

The Ecom Millionaire — Shopify Edition and The $50K Copy Vault are digital downloadable products. Upon purchase you receive immediate access to the guide(s).

Refund terms for digital products are governed by the separate Refund Policy published on this website. Please read that policy before purchasing. Purchasing a product gives you a single-user personal licence only. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute digital products.

4. The HIVE Community (Membership)

When the HIVE Community launches, membership will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Cancellation terms and refund eligibility will be outlined clearly at the time of launch and at the point of purchase. Access to the community is tied to an active membership. Cancellation ends access at the end of the current billing period.

5. 1-Hour Private Consultations

When you book a consultation, you are purchasing a strategic advisory session. You are responsible for providing access to relevant ad accounts, data, or websites ahead of the session. The session is strategic consulting — no implementation work is performed on your behalf during the call unless separately agreed in writing. Sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Done-For-You Ads Management

Done-For-You management is governed by a separate written service agreement. That agreement takes precedence over these general terms for anything specific to the management relationship. Your ad spend is your responsibility and is not included in service fees. Results are not guaranteed. Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms in the signed service agreement.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failed payments may result in suspended access to products or services.

8. Platform Compliance

You are responsible for complying with Meta's advertising policies, Shopify's terms of service, and any other platform you use. HIVE Copywriting is not responsible for account suspensions, ad account restrictions, or policy violations resulting from your business practices or how you apply our frameworks. Advertising platforms make their own decisions and we have no control over them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HIVE Copywriting is not liable for business losses or lost revenue, ad account suspensions or platform bans, indirect or consequential damages, or outcomes resulting from how you apply or implement our systems. You acknowledge that you're running a business, and that outcomes depend on your actions, market conditions, and factors beyond anyone's control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content produced and provided by HIVE Copywriting — including guides, ad frameworks, copy systems, templates, emails, and training materials — is protected by intellectual property law. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any of this material without express written consent.

11. Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith directly. Where formal legal proceedings are necessary, they shall be governed by the laws of Australia, where HIVE Copywriting operates. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
